In reply to Sandhya Hariharan. That would be a good one Sandhya; remember it is a strong spice blend so use it in moderation with veggies or paneer. Another suggestion would be to make a marinade with the spice rub and a bit of yoghurt (not too much) or cream and then coat the paneer.
