Delicious roasted trout! I had leftover trout fillets and was looking for different flavours to try out. This recipe meets my needs and it turned out delicious! I used less amount of seasoning as my trout fillets did not weigh that much. Also I roasted it for about 15 minutes. Next time if I have a whole trout, I would make it again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
