In reply to mash. Thanks..... I am not sure what you refer to as the orange strands. If it's those darker flecks, then that's the crushed cardamom pods. I didnt use the store bought cardamom powder, just crushed the seeds in my mortar and pestle so that explains the flecks.

His vanyadhanya I’m came here searching for matts cheesecake well I’m. Glad I came here absolutely stunning piece of cake well I can see some orange strands in the filling and your cake is definitely quite yellow (could be organic eggs) but what’s that orange I see

Cheesecake it is! This cheesecake looks so good! Especially with macadamia nuts as the base. Oh and you’re so lucky to be able to see Masterchef filming! 🙂
