I have not yet started food blogging, but just started considering it. I stumbled upon your blog via the Pork Veenjaali recipe (I have been looking for non vindaloo pork dishes). I am so grateful because your entire blog is so inspiring. And the pork Veenjaali was an absolute joy to prepare. I am now reading all of your recipes, and you have already introduced me to so many new techniques, spices, preparations and chefs. Thank you.
