Cherry Gin Spritzer

  • 5 fresh cherries; pitted
  • ½ ounce sugar syrup
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • Soda/sparkling water
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime slice and whole cherries for garnish


  • In a tall glass, muddle the cherries with sugar syrup and lime juice.
  • Add the crushed ice, gin and mix. Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with fresh cherries and lime slice.
