Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

kale; chopped

baby spinach

small pear; diced

Lebanese cucumber; deseeded and diced

tsp
grated ginger
Juice of ½ lemon

plain yoghurt
A handful of paleo mix
nuts, seeds and dried coconut
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Add more yoghurt if you like a creamier texture.
