Mango Salsa

Course: Appetizer, Salad

Ingredients

  • Ripe mango – 1 finely diced
  • Red onion – 1 medium finely diced
  • Ripe red tomato – 1 medium, deseeded and finely diced
  • Lebanese cucumber – 1 medium finely chopped
  • Green chilli I like it hot! – 2, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice – to taste
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup finely chopped
  • Black salt/kala namak – a pinch
  • Sea salt – to season
  • Chaat masala – ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl with a tight lid and season with black salt, sea salt and chat masala.
  • Close the lid and shake vigorously to combine.
  • Keep refrigerated till serving time.
